The Cutting Continues

Still in the first hour, clients are literally pouring through the door of Rooster's Men's Grooming Center in Austin, Texas. Men and women alike. As an official judge, it was my job to eliminate clients who did not meet the criteria. Ivan could not do any buzzcuts, he had to cut at least a half an inch from every hair on the head, and he could not perform haircuts on people with significant baldness. Needless to say, the bald guy in the striped shirt didn't make the cut.
