If I had to choose one trend I'm seeing a great deal of this fall, it would be a haircut that is cut aggressively close on the sides and back and left significantly longer on top. With this style, the top is worn up and back and here can be somewhat of a disconnect between the short sides and the longer top. This haircut is worn frequently by Maroon 5's Adam Levine
and I'm seeing it a lot more often in the magazines and on the runway. A bit of styling paste can be used to add separation and texture.
